MB&F, or Max Büsser & Friends, is a brand that cherishes friendship and its influence on their timepieces. The M.A.D edition 1 Red watch, a limited edition timepiece, is a tribute to the loyal supporters, suppliers, and collectors that have contributed to the brand’s success.

Like other watches by the brand, the M.A.D edition 1 Red watch has a unique and unconventional design. It features a distinctive time display, with hours and minutes indicated by dual aluminum cylinders in red and black, respectively. The watch is powered by an automatic Miyota 821A movement with 21 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve.

The watch’s most striking feature is the triple-blade winding rotor mounted on top of the movement, which is made of titanium and tungsten and features Super-LumiNova on every facet. This unique design element creates a mesmerizing visual effect as the rotor spins, adding a touch of whimsy to the timepiece.

The watch’s 42mm steel case is further enhanced by a domed sapphire crystal, which provides a clear view of the intricate movement and rotor. The bracelet is made of black leather with red accents and a folding buckle.

Founded in July 2005 and based in Geneva, Switzerland.
They are known for their futuristic designs inspired by science fiction especially with The “Horological Machines” and the “Legacy Machines” collection.
They represents a collaborative effort between artisans, artists and professionals who collectively design unique horological masterpieces.  All their “machines” are inspired by a either a vintage car design, spaceship or another imaginative vehicles from its founder’s mind.
