WHO IS ” K2 LUXURY ” AND WHERE ARE YOU BASED ?
“K2 Luxury” is a family-run business (about us) which started in Geneva, Switzerland with a presence in Dubai, UAE. We mainly trade brand new authentic Swiss luxury watches but also related accessories and some branded jewellery.
HOW TO ORDER A WATCH / LUXURY GOOD ?
By simply sending us the reference number of the desired watch / luxury good per email firstname.lastname@example.org contacting us per phone (contact us) or by filling out the Request Form. Once we get your enquiry, you will receive a quote which is valid for 7 days.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT TO GET MY WATCH / LUXURY GOOD ?
Delivery date depends on the availability. If the watch / luxury good you requested is available in stock you will receive it within 2 to 3 business days, if not we will notify you with the precise delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
By sending you an invoice with picture with the matching reference number of the requested watch / luxury good, we usually make sure that you get the exact item you ordered. In the very unlikely event that you receive an item which is not the one you have ordered or which is faulty we will immediately replace it or reimburse you (given that the watch / luxury good is unused – same as received with box and papers).
ARE THE WATCHES REALLY BRAND NEW ?
“K2 Luxury SA” mostly sells brand new (unless stated otherwise), never worn or handled watches / luxury goods. The warranty card is usually dated on the day of purchase / shipment or delivery if done in person.
DO THESE WATCHES HAVE SERIAL NUMBERS ?
All watches / luxury goods without any exception have a serial number.
DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING ?
All watches / luxury goods come in original packaging – same as buying the item in a flagship boutique – box, papers, user’s manual and stamped international warranty card are included (unless stated otherwise). For some watches, there might be a spare leather strap and some tools to adjust functions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WATCH / LUXURY ITEM STOPS RUNNING / WORKING OR IS FAULTY ?
Your two (to five) year international guarantee card, that comes in the box of the watch / luxury good you purchased, will allow you to get any repair done free of charge at any official retail or flagship stores carrying the respective brand. Some brands also include a first free of charge complete service within the first 2 to 5 years of purchase, however this is subject to manufacturer’s policy.
ARE YOUR WATCHES COVERED BY AN INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY ?
All our watches / luxury goods come with an international manufacturer’s warranty which is dated and stamped by an authorised dealer or distributor (we aren’t affiliated to Richemont group’s brands). The warranty is valid worldwide within the 2 years of purchase thus you can bring it to any recommended service center; a list is at our disposal or on the respective brand’s website. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, crystals, glass, leather or rubber straps, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s (water) resistance limitations and damage due to physical and/or accidental cause. We do not recommend buying a new watch without warranty.
A registration form for inscription of your name in the records of the manufacturer’s books is provided with your purchase along with the certificate of origin and the warranty. We are happy to guide you if needed.
WHAT’S THE RECOMMENDED PAYMENT METHOD ?
The easiest and more transparent for us is a bank wire transfer into our company account with our bank in Geneva, Switzerland. We have sub-accounts in major currencies, AED, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD and USD. We have other company accounts in Dubai, UAE also. Cash payment is possible as well if we deliver the watch to you upon agreement in our showroom in Geneva, Dubai, Hong Kong or anywhere else.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ?
From our Geneva showroom, we can accept most credit cards but we must add your card providers 2,5 to 3% commission of the transaction amount.
CAN I PAY IN CASH ?
That would be possible but only in Geneva, Switzerland, Dubai, UAE and Hong Kong. Subject to mutual agreement and convenience we could also agree on a different location in Europe or Asia but contact us directly for this.
WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE ?
Our forwarding agent, which is a renowned company in Geneva who also works with the prestigious auction houses, ships goods worldwide with Fedex, DHL, TNT or Brinks for valuables. Although in some countries customs or logistics are not efficient at all, we then recommend either to send one of our staff with the goods (depending on the watch price) or a pick-up in Switzerland, Hong Kong or UAE. Obviously, we reserve the right to refuse shipment or cancel orders for shipments where we can’t guarantee a safe delivery.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING AND INSURANCE ?
All our prices include the cost of shipping with full insurance. If we don’t ship we will meet face to face in the mutually agreed place, USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East or Asia Pacific..
CAN I PICK-UP MY WATCH FROM YOU IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND ?
That would be the best option for us, we emphasis to meet our customers at least one time. Hence you could pay the amount in cash as well.
DOES YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT ?
Most of our goods are received and stocked in a small free zone warehouse in the Free Port area at Geneva airport, we sell them Swiss tax free. On the watches sold from the Geneva showroom and which are not exported, we must charge VAT of 7.7% as per Swiss law.

We will stick to the agreed reference number, picture and price while confirming your order. On the very unlikely event that a watch has been confirmed and is not available or produced anymore by the manufacturer, we will cancel the order and refund in full without any delay nor penalty.
