Titanium is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, making it an ideal choice for a robust diver’s watch that can withstand the rigors of underwater exploration.
The watch boasts a striking tonneau-shaped case that measures 47mm in diameter, providing a bold and commanding presence on the wrist. Its unique design showcases Richard Mille’s signature blend of modern aesthetics and technical prowess. The case is equipped with a unidirectional rotating bezel, allowing divers to accurately measure elapsed time underwater.
In terms of water resistance, the RM028 is engineered to perform flawlessly at depths of up to 300 meters (approximately 1,000 feet). This impressive water resistance rating makes it an ideal companion for professional divers and enthusiasts alike, providing the reliability and functionality necessary for deep-sea adventures.
At the heart of the RM028 beats a robust and precise automatic movement, showcasing Richard Mille’s commitment to exceptional timekeeping. The movement is protected by a sapphire crystal, which is known for its scratch-resistant properties and crystal-clear transparency. The dial features luminescent hour markers and hands, ensuring optimal legibility even in low-light conditions.
