*This timepiece has been revealed during the last edition of the BaselWorld fair, in 2019. It’s an “evolution” of the famous Pilot Travel Time released in 2015.
The case increased of 0,2mm to reach a perfect 42,2mm diameter. This platinum body deploys four “crown” to set the time, date, alarms and the day & night indication. The ebony black sunburst dial displays large “vintage” numerals and hands to indicate the local time and a skeleton “vintage” hand to indicate the home time. At the initial position of the logo, the alarm window indicates the alarm time with a day and night indication under. When the alarm is set, the mechanism engage a hammer that strikes on a classic gong!
The date counter at 6 o’clock contains the “Patek Philippe Genève” logo, and next to this counter are the day & night indications.
When the interchangeable platinum case-back is removed, the sapphire case-back reveals the new developed self-winding movement with a gorgeous central gold rotor stamped with the Calatrava cross. This new engine has a power-reserve of around 52-hours!
An elegant black calf bracelet can fix this very exclusive timepiece on a lucky wrist.

Patek Philippe – Bio

Patek Philippe & Co. was founded in 1839, located in Geneva and the Vallée de Joux. It designs and manufactures timepieces and movements, including some of the most complicated mechanical watches. It is considered by many experts and aficionados to be one of the most prestigious watch manufacturers.
In 1868, Patek Philippe made their first wristwatch, which was sold on November 13, 1876 to the Hungarian Countess.
It is the last independent, family-owned Genevan watch manufacture with uninterrupted operating history spanning nearly 180 years.
